GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADG4612/ADG4613 contain four independent single pole/single-throw (SPST) Switches. The ADG4612 Switches are turned on with Logic 1 on the appropriate control input. The ADG4613 has two Switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG4612; the logic is inverted on the other two Switches.

Description : 1 Ω On Resistance, ±15 V/+12 V/±5 V iCMOS SPST Switches

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADG1401/ADG1402 contain a single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. Figure 1 shows that with a logic input of 1, the switch of the ADG1401 is closed and that of the ADG1402 is open. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADG1311/ADG1312/ADG1313 are monolithic CMOS devices containing four independently selectable Switches designed on a CMOS process.
The ADG1311/ADG1312/ADG1313 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) Switches. The ADG1311 and ADG1312 differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG1311 Switches are turned on with Logic 0 on the appropriate control input, while Logic 1 is required for the ADG1312. The ADG1313 has two Switches with digital control logic similar to the ADG1311; the logic is inverted on the other two Switches. The ADG1313 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications.

The DG201A and DG202 Quad SPST analog Switches are designed using Intersil’s 44V CMOS process.

These bidirectional Switches are latch-proof and feature breakbefore-make switching. Designed to block signals up to 30VP-Pin the OFF state, the DG201A and DG202 offer the advantages of low ON resistance (≤175Ω), wide input signal range (±15V) and provide both TTL and CMOS compatibility.
